3. Payments

• Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins
• Projects may require full or partial upfront payment
• No work will commence until payment terms are accepted
• All payments are non-refundable once work has started

4. Intellectual Property

All work created by Dark Ninja Amalgam remains the intellectual property of the studio until full payment has been received.

Upon full payment:

Final deliverables are transferred to the client for agreed use Dark Ninja Amalgam retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed

Preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused work remain the property of Dark Ninja Amalgam.

5. Use of AI Tools

Dark Ninja Amalgam uses AI-assisted workflows as part of its creative process.

All outputs are:

curated refined and delivered as original work

The studio does not guarantee exclusivity of underlying AI-generated elements beyond the final delivered result.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

provide clear instructions and necessary materials respond within reasonable timeframes review and approve work during project stages

Delays in communication may affect delivery timelines.

7. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included where agreed.

Excessive revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur additional costs.

8. Digital Products, Apps & Games

For app, game, or digital product development:

• Deliverables may include concepts, UI, systems, or builds depending on scope
• Ongoing maintenance, hosting, or updates are not included unless agreed separately
• The client is responsible for platform compliance (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store) unless otherwise specified

9. Limitation of Liability

Dark Ninja Amalgam is not liable for:

indirect or consequential losses platform-related issues (e.g., third-party services, app stores) misuse of delivered work

All services are provided “as is” based on agreed scope.

10. Retail & Products

For apparel and physical products:

• Product designs are original and created by Dark Ninja Amalgam
• Manufacturing, shipping, and fulfillment may be handled by third-party providers
• Delivery times and product quality are subject to those providers

11. Termination

Dark Ninja Amalgam reserves the right to terminate a project if:

terms are violated communication breaks down or conditions prevent proper completion

Any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.
